It's official, The Washington DC Metropolitan area is no longer a declining market! Based on the last two quarters home values have been on the rise. This news will help most lenders to loosen up on some of our guidelines as well as offer loans with lower down payments.

The Northern Virginia market has slowed somewhat since the tax incentve ended but is still good. Sales are up over 12% from last year.We are luckier than the rest of the country.
