VA Changes Loan Limits for High Costs Areas

VA has announced a change in its loan limits for high cost areas. This change takes effect for any loan closed after December 31, 2009 and is in effect through December 31, 2010. For the DC Metro area the new maximum loan amount with full eligibility is $768,750. This is a reduction from last years loan limits.
